National-ARG conference a success
The first National-ARG annual conference, which was held on 24 March, has proved successful.
Members from across the network came together to hear the National-ARG team present its vision for the future growth of the group.
Held at the ABP Club Autobody and Motor Claims Expo, the Conference was opened by Malcolm Banner, managing director at National-ARG where he welcomed the members from across the UK, including members from the newly formed Northern Ireland network and set the scene on what to expect.
In addition to the presentations by some of the National-ARG management team, an insightful question and answer session also took place with operations managers Joe McLaughlin and Alistair Powell who were also joined on stage by Malcom Banner. Malcolm closed the conference by discussing where the future of the claims industry is heading.
Malcolm Banner, managing director, said, ‘Our very first annual conference was a resounding success, and it was wonderful to see so many of our members and associate members all together. The conference provided us with a great platform to showcase our strategies for our network in the coming months and years, and the feedback from all attendees was that of excitement and commitment to being part of this. I would like to personally and on behalf of the entire team here at National-ARG thank all of our members and associates who travelled from near and far to attend, along with special thanks to the ABP Club who helped us facilitate our conference and to Dave Reece and Mark Clarke who attended as guest speakers.’
