Growth trajectory
Andrew Jervis, co-founder and CEO of ClickMechanic, said: “It is our intention to maintain this growth trajectory as we enter 2025, through targeted digital marketing efforts to increase traffic to our platform, new B2B partnerships acting as sponsors or distribution channels, the introduction of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) features, and the reinforcement of process automation leveraging ML and AI.
“Already well-established and growing sustainably, we have a clear path to keep growing and improve profits as we continue to scale faster than the overall market. ClickMechanic is uniquely positioned to lead the industry’s transformation, setting the standard for quality, transparency, and innovation.”
The UK automotive servicing market is predicted to reach £8.9bn worth of online bookings by 2028, with about £1.9bn of this going to platform providers.
