VDA Apprenticeship Programme gets green light

To mark National Apprenticeship Week, Apprenticeship Central has announced its VDA Apprenticeship Programme has completed a successful trial phase.
It says it will soon be in a position to place a number of VDA apprentices into the industry.
Eleanor Baker Barnes, director at Apprenticeship Central, said: “Our VDA Apprenticeship Programme is paving the way for aspiring professionals to step into the industry with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to lead the charge toward innovation and excellence.
“We’re excited to unveil the next phase of our apprenticeship offerings, and after a successful trial phase, we are thrilled to announce that we will soon have a group of quality VDA apprenticeship candidates ready to place into suitable bodyshops.”
The programme has been developed to suit newcomers to the industry as well as colleagues interested in learning new skills.
Barnes concluded:
“Through our Recruit and Retain programmes, our mission is to help equip apprentices with the skills and confidence they need to excel in a rapidly evolving industry while contributing to a more sustainable and innovative future.”
