Automotive leaders set for Ben’s Sahara Desert Trek

Automotive leaders are gearing up for Ben’s Sahara Desert Trek, which takes place from 26 February to 5 March.

Eleven colleagues are taking on the five-day Industry Leader challenge, which will include trekking for about 10 hours a day in temperatures of up to 35 Deg C.

They have been divided into five teams, each of which will raise at least £20,000 for the automotive charity.

Matt Wigginton, director of partnerships, engagement and income, Ben, who is taking part with CEO Rachel Clift, said:

“In just six weeks’ time, we’ll be turning up the heat on our industry leaders. We can’t wait to tackle this extraordinary challenge together to raise funds so we can support members of our automotive family who are struggling, or in crisis.
