Steer Automotive Group has followed up the recent acquisition of MG Cannon by announcing that it has now also acquired Komoo.
Komoo includes an established network of fleet repair sites near airports and vehicle storage hubs, offering rapid, high-quality repair services to vehicle rental and corporate fleet customer bases.
The deal expands and diversifies Steer Automotive Group’s market offering and aligns with its vision of becoming a leading provider of quality automotive repair services across a wider market.

Steer completes Komoo acquisition
As part of the deal, Carl Henderson, managing director of Komoo, Dale Peart, director, and Jordan Ashmore, operations director, will remain at the helm of the company.
