Autoglass names new commercial director

Autoglass has appointed Ian Rowlands as its new commercial director. In his new role he will be responsible for leading the commercial, sales, and marketing functions in the business.

He will also sit as a member of the executive team and be integral in setting the commercial strategy and driving business performance.

Rowlands joins with more than 20 years of commercial experience having previously worked with multi-national companies such as P&G, Nestle and Apple, and most recently at GoCompare.

He said: “It is a fascinating and exciting time to be joining Autoglass, given the changes that are occurring across the industry. Over the last few years, we have seen so many innovative technological solutions, such as ADAS, introduced to the market to improve driver safety. As well as saving lives, these innovations present a unique opportunity for the industry to improve people’s lives.
