Fix Auto UK celebrates 1,000th review

Fix Auto UK has received its 1,000th Trustpilot customer review just six months after introducing the online review platform to its network.

Trustpilot’s automated service for non-centrally managed repairs encourages customers to appraise their experience within two days of work being completed.

Fix Auto Luton recorded the network’s 1,000 review with the customer citing: “Excellent experience. Courteous and informative throughout the repair process and the work was completed slightly ahead of schedule at my request. Highly Recommend.”

Since January, Fix Auto UK’s overall TrustScore has risen to an industry-leading 4.8 out of five.

Managing director Ian Pugh, said: “While we believed with total conviction in the high level of customer service our franchise partners deliver on a day-to-day basis, the feedback through Trustpilot confirms this and clearly positions us as industry leaders.

“This is just another example of where we are striving to continually increase our brand presence and awareness. Recording our 1,000th review after just six months, and more importantly recording a five-star score highlights the fantastic work of our partners up and down the country.”
