TrustFord celebrates hat-trick of awards
TrustFord is celebrating as three colleagues have been awarded an Inspiring Automotive Women Award 2020.
Sharon Ashcroft, HR director, Julia Greenhough, marketing director and Rhonda Johnson, group business systems manager, were selected as three of the 31 winners, after being nominated for their outstanding work by colleagues.
Ashcroft was awarded the ‘HR Director Game Changer of the Year Award’ in recognition of her efforts to improve gender balance within TrustFord and the industry more widely, and making the business inclusive and diverse.
Greenhough showed her leadership skills by adapting swiftly to the pandemic by turning innovative ideas into actions which involved developing videos, surveys and other materials to keep customers engaged and informed, and supported further development of click and collect services as customers adapted to the ‘new normal’.
Johnson meanwhile, has broken the glass ceiling as a leader driving positive change in many of TrustFord’s processes, managing upgrades, acquisitions, disposals, developments and projects of all size and scale and is a cheerleader for her team with each individual given the support, autonomy and confidence to succeed.
Stuart Foulds, chairman and chief executive officer, said: “I am extremely proud of Sharon, Julia and Rhonda’s recognition at the Inspiring Automotive Women Awards. Not only do they inspire and motivate their colleagues by leading through example, they provided vital support to the TrustFord family in what has been a very difficult year.”
