Claims down in December
The latest collision repair industry report from CAPS shows unique claims decreased by 3% in December.
The report (below) covers unique claims and supply chain transmissions.
It also found supply chain transmissions (covering parts, mobility and systems) decreased one per cent for the same period.
The new figures, measured against January 2020’s pre-lockdown level of exchanges across the CAPS Consortium platform, are 66% for unique claims and 67% for supply chain transmissions.
