Claims dip as fluctuations continue
Claims volumes recorded on the CAPS platform dipped in the final week of November, as the impact of Lockdown 2:0 began to bite.
Its figures found that unique claims were 94% compared to the period immediately prior to lockdown, down 11% on the previous week, while supply chain transmissions were at 90%, six per cent down on the previous week.
These figures continue to show weekly unpredictabilit during Lockdown 2:0.
CAPS said: “With more than 1,200 bodyshops connected and upwards of 60 services continuing to consume and exchange claims, the analysis continues to show a steady ebb and flow throughout the lockdown period 2.0.”
