New platform for EVs

Autocar has launched a dedicated online platform for electric vehicles in reaction to the growing demand for EV content.

The new EV homepage on Autocar’s website curates the brand’s EV content, spanning reviews and comparison tests to the news, advice, and video reviews.

The growing interest in EVs reflects zero-emissions vehicle sales, which, year-to-date account for 5.5% of market share, up from 1.4% for the same period last year, according to figures from The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders. The trade body predicts that EV market share will reach above 10% in 2022.
