2021 training schedule announced
LKQ Euro Car Parts has published the 2021 course schedule for its AutoEducation Academy, with more than 450 courses in the calendar across its 20 training centres nationwide.
The schedule includes more hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) course dates than ever before, and will help to bring more than 550 new hybrid-trained technicians up to level three standard, while upskilling another 670 to level four.
Other courses include the Road to Success diagnostics programme, business support and customer service skills, and a range of MOT tester, manager, CPD and level three certification training.
Adam White, workshop solutions director at LKQ Euro Car Parts, said: “Our focus is on helping independent garages run successful, competitive businesses, now and in the future. That means ensuring they’ve got the knowledge and skills to work with the latest vehicles, while delivering a professional customer experience and meeting industry requirements.
“This year has presented a series of challenges and opportunities for the independent aftermarket – our customers are taking advantage of the new MOT demand curve to bring in as much business as possible, after many had to close their doors in lockdown. We look forward to helping them build on that momentum in 2021.”
