AW Repair strengthens ties with LV= GI
AW Repair Group has announced further strengthening of its relationship with Liverpool Victoria General Insurance (LV= GI).
The group’s ninth site at Sherburn in Elmet, near Leeds, was confirmed a LV= GI sole supply in February just before the coronavirus pandemic hit.
Although an official celebration at the 9,000-sqft site has not been arranged due to current restrictions, the dual branding is evident with AW’s usual blue-and-orange corporate identity alongside the green LV= GI logo throughout.
The site is located just 10 minutes from the A1M and M62 and was transformed in just nine weeks to include ADAS, electric and hybrid capabilities, skate-and-rail, and eco-friendly products and processes.

Founder and CEO Andrew Walsh said: “For the pandemic to hit within the first year of a newly invested site is certainly not ideal. But we remained in constant dialogue with all our team members and work partners and offered a solution through these difficult times.
“AW and LV= GI have a joint ethos to provide a streamlined and collaborative approach to assist our mutual customers and adding Sherburn as a sole-supply site strengthens our relationship further.”
Value statements such as “Working together in an efficient environment” and “Delivering an on-time first class customer experience” have been posted around the site to reinforce the companies’ values.
