Collaboration for the greater good

Two of the industry’s most respected training providers have agreed to collaborate to support the sector further as it recovers from the impacts of Covid-19.

RWC Training and Auto-Motivate between them deliver both the technical training required to keep pace with a fast-evolving industry, as well as the mindset and motivational coaching to ensure the right attitude to learning.

RWC founder Rob Ward said: “You can’t really have one without the other. We all appreciate how quickly the industry is advancing and why regular training is so important to be able to continue to repair vehicles safely. But the prospect of trying to absorb all of this information can be daunting, so being in the right mindset to learn is fundamental.”

Operating out of its IMI-approved training centre in Milton Keynes, RWC offers a range of ADAS and EV training courses for all levels, while Auto-Motivate, headed up by coaching and consultant specialist Mike Monaghan, provides bespoke courses addressing mindset development, management, leadership, motivation and mindfulness.

“Mike and I are both devoted to the industry, so this collaboration is about coming together to give businesses the best opportunity to keep their employees safe and their workshops future-proof,” Ward said.

As part of the collaboration, RWC will host certain Auto-Motivate courses.
