Carlyle Group seeking to sell NARS
The Carlyle Group is seeking a buyer for Nationwide Accident Repair Services, a network of 115 service centres and mobile repair vans which carries out more than 300,000 repairs a year.
This is according to Sky News, which has reported that the private equity group has hired Stephens Europe to find a buyer and oversee the sale.
Neither The Carlyle Group nor NARS have confirmed the reports.
The Carlyle Group bought NARS in 2015 for just over £43m.
