AutoFlow announces coronavirus support measures
AutoFlow has announced a range of measures to help customers through the coronavirus crisis, including price freezes and payment holidays.
It has reversed the 10% price increase announced in March. It was due to come into effect in May but has now been postponed until May 2021. Further, all its repairer products will have their prices frozen for 12 months, while customers can also take a three-month payment holiday.
Additionally, AutoFlow is offering free remote training sessions about its systems, and any customers wishing to move to its hosted system in 2020 will get the first three months free of charge and can defer the installation costs for three months.
