Fix Auto Skegness celebrates 10 years
In recognition of its 10-year anniversary of being part of the Fix Auto UK network, the owners of Fix Auto Skegness, Joe and Peter Chapman, have been presented with a commemorative plaque by Fix Auto UK’s Ian Pugh.
Peter said: “The time has flown! It’s hard to believe we have been part of Fix Auto UK for 10 years. It feels like only yesterday when we first enquired about joining!”
He added: “Joining the network just felt right at the time and looking back, I am more convinced now than ever it was the right move. We are fairly remote here in Skegness and there was a solitary feeling surrounding the business. Joining the network ensured we were part of something bigger and that we were not alone.”
Joe added: “Peter and I had only recently taken over the business from our uncle prior to joining Fix Auto UK. We had come straight from the shop floor with little real management experience. Becoming part of the network provided us with the help and guidance we needed. The network is still guiding us even now!”
Pugh said: “Visiting a franchisee to present their 10 Year Anniversary plaque is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. We believe the network is an industry leader and it’s a long way from where it was 10 years ago. It’s important to acknowledge those forward-thinking owners like Joe and Peter who believed in its concept back then. Here’s to the next 10years…”
