Danny Fullbrook – 30 under 30 host
We think Danny Fullbrook is the perfect choice for hosting our 30 under 30: rising stars evening as he is one himself.

He may be under thirty years of age, but he’s packed a lot into his career since leaving university only 5 years ago. Moving up the ranks in radio production, he’s now finding his feet as a radio presenter. Danny presents a gaming show and a new music show on local radio in the home counties.

Danny’s job on the night is to host the 30 under 30: rising stars award ceremony, interview our guest speakers and entertain you the live audience. No mean feat, but we’re confident Danny will rise to the challenge.

Zack Pinsent, Pinsent Tailoring -Speaker
We’re delighted to have Zack Pinsent as a guest speaker at 30 under 30: risings stars. We think you can but be impressed and inspired by his unique perspective and entrepreneurialism.

You may have seen him on television or heard him on the radio telling his story of how burning his jeans at the age of 14 marked the flamboyant start to his very personal career.

Don’t worry if not as all will be revealed on 19 September.

To give you a bit of a teaser, Zack founded and runs Pinsent Tailoring, a one-man bespoke period tailoring business making garments from the 1660s to the 1910s. He’s based in Brighton but has clients all over the globe.

Pinsent Tailoring works closely with museums and private collections to examine original garments and documentation to create period-accurate clothing using historic materials and techniques, with an eye to sustainability.

As well as crafting bespoke historical garments for clients, Zack also wears historical clothing on a daily basis, which gives him a unique perspective into the nuances of period clothing.

Don’t miss out on your chance to hear Zack’s story when Danny Fullbrook interviews him on stage during the 30 under 30: rising stars evening of celebration.

Åse Brekke Roe, WorldSkills championSpeaker
The 24-year-old from Norway has always liked cars and regards her role as a paint technician as a passion more than a job. After being encouraged to enter WorldSkills by her teacher, she won the regional competition to qualify as the first female ever to take part in the nationals. A year later she finished fifth and earned a medal of excellence at the WorldSkills Competition in São Paulo, Brazil.

Now, with seven years’ experience in the industry behind her, she is planning to open her own workshop in her hometown this summer.
