FLP Group brings Walcom to Bodyshop Live!
UK-based automotive paint manufacturer FLP Group has signed an exclusive deal with Italian manufacturer Walcom, which is part of the Walmec Group.
Walcom has been a spraygun manufacturer for around 70 years, servicing global companies in the auto refinish and coatings industry.
Since signing with FLP, Walcom has enjoyed a huge acceleration in awareness by being involved in Automechanika Birmingham and also due to be at bodyshop Live! 2019 in September.
Craig Wilde, head of sales and marketing at FLP Group, said, ‘The leadership team did an amazing job securing this type of product for the UK and Ireland market. We have had exceptional growth this year, being one of a few UK-based automotive paint manufacturers, and now to have exclusivity on Walcom pushes us to be become the number one automotive paint manufacturer within UK and Ireland. We are also in final talks with other exclusive brands and bringing them to the UK.’
