Volvo scoops second services gong

Volvo Car insurance has again won the Feefo Trusted Service award for the second consecutive year running.

This independent award recognises the delivery of consistently high quality repairs, customer service and exceptional experiences, as rated independently by real customers.

Volvo Car Insurance achieved an average rating of 4.1 between 1 January and 31 December 2018.

Steve Plunkett, Volvo Body and Paint Programme development manager said, ‘This further highlights the quality of our Volvo approved bodyshop partners within our approved network, they consistently deliver on our programme standards and this is not only great news for our Volvo customers but also great news for our programme work provider partners that we are working with.
