AoHE announces classic open day
The Association Of heritage Engineers (AoHE) has announced an open day at classic car engineering firm Fiennes Restoration Ltd, aimed at encouraging more people to enter the industry.
The events will take place on 8 June, between 10am and 2pm, and is the first Heritage Legacy Meet.
Fiennes, an AoHE member, is inviting people to visit its restoration and manufacturing facility near Burford, Oxfordshire, when representatives from the Heritage Skills Academy will talk about careers and qualifications within heritage engineering.
The AoHE is especially keen to get as many ‘young peoples’ sections of vehicle clubs involved.
All road going heritage vehicles are welcome.
