Audatex reveals new plans

Audatex has revealed changes which it believes will create lower transactional costs, better expenditure forecasting and allow customers to set up additional licences, at no extra cost, on selected products.

The new package, which will come into effect 1 July, will allow more users to access its digital product solutions. Audatex believes the new unified and fixed pricing structure, will help UK repairers better plan their IT and operational budgets.

The changes will be accompanied by a four per cent price rise across its core products: AudaIntel, AudaInvoice AudaLite, AudaProfile Transactions, AudaView, AudaVin+, GCC Claims, GCC Licences, HGV Claims, MACE Assessments, Support and Maintenance, and its training courses.

Dave Shepherd, managing director of Audatex said, ‘having absorbed inflationary costs since 2012, this increase remains below the Consumer Price Index increases over the past five years.’

Audatex will be sharing further information on the changes with its customers in the coming weeks.
