Gold stars of recovery
Allianz Global Assistance UK is rewarding recovery operators who go ‘above and beyond’ to deliver outstanding service with the introduction of quarterly Excelerate Awards.
The Awards analyse the volume of customer feedback and then measures customer satisfaction to create a score. Quarterly prizes are awarded based on two criteria; Gold Awards are given for satisfaction scores of 85% and above and a Silver Award is given for satisfaction scores between 80-84.99%.
The first quarter monitored was July to September, with Gold Awards going to CMG Rescue Services and E & S Motors, while Cedars Assist, Eastern General Recovery, Beeches Recovery, CF Motoring Services and Hobbs Recovery Service won silver awards.
Mark Debenham, UK network manager, Service Support for Allianz Global Assistance in the UK, said, ‘Roadside assistance isn’t just about getting a vehicle back on the road or escorting a customer home, the recovery of a vehicle is a vital part of the service. As such, we want to reward the operational staff behind a recovery, those who focus on delivering a service that’s professional, helpful and considerate.
‘Congratulations to all the winners of our first Excelerate awards and we look forward to recognising and rewarding more operators in the coming months to encourage service excellence at every stage of the recovery experience.’
