Bosch tops poll
Bosch has been named the world’s most admired motor vehicle parts supplier by the US business magazine, Fortune.
Fortune’s 2016 World’s Most Admired Companies list is based on surveys from executives, directors and analysts from 652 companies within 54 industries located in 30 countries, and is derived from nine key reputation attributes.
In the motor vehicle parts category, Bosch leads in eight reputation attributes: innovation, people management, use of corporate assets, long-term investment value, quality of management, financial soundness, global competitiveness, and quality of products and services. The company was ranked second in social responsibility. Overall, Bosch ranks among the top third of companies in Fortune’s Global 500 list.
‘We are honoured to be included in Fortune’s list of most admired companies, and I believe that this recognition speaks to the passion of our Bosch associates,’ said Werner Struth, member of the board of management of Robert Bosch GmbH and chairman of Robert Bosch LLC. ‘The company and its associates are devoted to innovation and creating products that will advance the industry and improve the quality of life for our customers.’
