Spectrum joins Motor Ombudsman Code of Practice

Spectrum Insurance Services has joined the Motor Ombudsman Code of Practice for Vehicle Warranty Products.
Signing up to the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI)-approved Code underlines Spectrum’s commitment to exceeding legal obligations around customer service and following industry best practice guidelines in relation to the provision and administration of their warranty products.
These include using jargon-free communication and advertising, providing tailored advice and information to vehicle owners, and maintaining an effective internal complaints process
