Mima Rybanska joins Auto Windscreens in newly created role
Auto Windscreens has appointed Mima Rybanska to the newly created role of head of strategic partnerships. With 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry, Rybanska joins the business from WhoCanFixMyCar and is a former supercar instructor for Everyman Racing.
Rybanska will be taking the wheel of Auto Windscreens’ new service, Auto Calibrate, which is designed to support bodyshops and garages with a remote solution for diagnostics and programming, as well as advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) calibrations.

Rybanska launched the AA Approved Garage Network when she was with The AA, and has also worked for Comline Auto Parts.
She said: “I’m very excited about joining Auto Windscreens, and the welcome I’ve already received shows what a great company it is. I’m looking forward to making a difference in the industry and embarking on my latest journey, to launch Auto Calibrate.”
Shaun Atton, Auto Windscreens’ business development director, added:
“This is the first time we’ve introduced a new product, a remote solution for diagnostics and programming, as well as ADAS calibrations which represent a growing market. Mima is the ideal person to ‘drive’ Auto Calibrate forward, and we’re excited to see her take this service to new heights.”
