iVendi celebrates hat-trick of ISO accreditations

Automotive retail technology provider iVendi has secured three ISO accreditations covering management systems, information security and IT service delivery.
ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management; ISO 27001 addresses information security by identifying, analysing, and implementing controls to handle risks; and ISO 20000-1 enables development, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT service.
James Tew, CEO at iVendi, said: “We’ve previously held all these certifications under a different awarding body but are very pleased to be receiving them from Intertek. Gaining these types of awards is always a demanding process and the team here has done an excellent job.
“For a company like ours operating in motor retail technology, working with everyone from small dealers to multinational banks, holding these certifications is not just an independent guarantee of quality but often a prerequisite to doing business.
“They show how we at iVendi meet recognised industry standards in essential areas such as data security and IT service delivery, and that we can be trusted as a partner in the handling of sensitive information and financial transactions.”
