FMG appoints Phil Jerome as new sales director

Incident management specialist FMG has appointed Phil Jerome to the role of sales director – fleet.
His appointment follows the promotion of former sales director Andy Chandler to managing director in October 2024.
FMG delivers end-to-end incident management and roadside recovery solutions, managing hundreds of thousands of claims a per year through intuitive expert solutions with seamless self-serve digital options.
A highly experienced business leader, Phil, where he took commercial responsibility for new business sales across all products. In 2016 he launched his own business, Meridian Vehicle Solutions, specialising in medium-term car lease, where he was Managing Director for the past 9 years.
Jerome, who was sales director at Zenith for 15 years before launching his own medium-term car lease business, Meridian Vehicle Solutions, in 2016, will take responsibility for growth and customer retention in a role which capitalises on his wealth of experience managing customer-facing teams and growth opportunities within the sector.
