FixRated announces QCD Auto Centre as first repairer

FixMyCar has announced that QCD Auto Centre Brackley has become the first repairer to join its new approved network, FixRated.
FixRated was launched in December to raise repair standards in the UK.
The application process includes self-assessment as well as an in-person audit conducted by FixMyCar’s garage relationship managers.
To date more than 300 businesses have registered interest in joining the network, with QCD Auto Centre Brackley the first to be officially approved.
Owner Reaz Mojumder said: “We’re really pleased to be the first garage accepted onto the FixRated network, it means a lot to us to have this kind of recognition for our business. We’re really proud of the work we do, and over the last 10 years we’ve always aimed to be a trusted partner for quality vehicle care and expert automotive services with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
“This industry is getting tougher, competition is growing, and technology is changing. Being a part of approved networks like FixRated help us to keep moving forward despite these challenges by giving our customers greater confidence and trust in our commitment to quality.”
Matt Wrankmore, head of garage network at FixMyCar said: “QCD Autocentre Brackley is the embodiment of everything we are trying to achieve with the FixRated network, and I’m thrilled they’re the first to pass the assessment; it’s very well deserved.
“Since joining our platform Riaz and his team have always been committed to performing to excellent standards and delivering the very best customer service. The aftermarket needs more garages and repairer teams like them and it is hardworking teams like this that FixRated will help to elevate amongst customers.”
