Vertu Motors completes Burrows Motor Company acquisition
Leading automotive retailer Vertu Motors has acquired Burrows Motor Company.
The deal increases its dealership portfolio by nine sites and brings its total network to 202 sales and aftersales outlets nationwide.
With this acquisition, Vertu expands its presence across Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire, with dealerships in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, York, and Worksop.
It also underscores its strategy of developing stronger relationships with vehicle manufacturers as the deal expands its Toyota network from six to 11 dealerships, Mazda from two to four, and Kia from three to four.
