TrustFord recognised as Great Place to Work for women
TrustFord, the UK’s largest Ford dealer group, has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work.
The award comes following a number of initiatives to support colleagues and create a more inclusive workplace.
This includes a dedicated chat group specifically for women, mentorship programmes involving women in senior roles, and various network groups, including DrivingWomen+, to promote greater diversity.
Meanwhile, it has reduced the pay gap from 10.2% in 2017 to two per cent now, with retention of women colleagues rising from 76% in January 2023 to 82% by December of the same year.
