TIP Group celebrates first academy graduates
TIP Group has announced its first graduates have completed its inaugural TIP Mechanic Academy (TMA).
The first-of-its-kind trailer mechanic training programme was launched last autumn in response to the growing shortage of qualified trailer mechanics.
The course delivered comprehensive and trailer-dedicated mechanic training in nine months, including independent professional certification.
It was divided into 16 modules, covering key aspects of trailer maintenance such as axles, brakes, suspension, tyres, superstructure, electrics and the performing of safety inspections. The students
