TIDAL confirms company ownership structure
One of the UK and Ireland’s largest independent refinish distribution groups, TIDAL, has announced that ownership of the company is now fully vested in its 16 member companies.
Founded in 2017, TIDAL (The Independent Distributor Alliance Limited), has rapidly established itself as a key player in the refinish materials industry, offering national coverage across the UK and Ireland.
It says this ownership transition underscores the strength and collaboration within its network, further cementing its position as an industry leader.
