Stellantis UK has announced that Vizion Network will be the sole provider of accident management services to the nine brands served by the vehicle manufacturer’s Multi-Brand Accident Repair Programme in the UK.
Vizion is the largest accident management company in the UK and has led the way in technical development in the accident repair process since 2009. The company has pioneered the development of Cortex, Lenz, Vizion Drive, Green Earth and the Autoflow bodyshop management system.
Stellantis chooses Vizion Network
Handling more than 300,000 claims per year, Vizion has relationships with most major insurance companies in the UK and is well placed to help Stellantis UK further develop the customer’s digital journey with the benefits offered by connected car and other vehicle technology.
As part of the launch, each of the Stellantis brands – Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Leapmotor, Peugeot and Vauxhall – will have a dedicated helpline that customers can call 24/7, as well as redesigned webpages to help and guide customers through the claims and repair process.
Chris Downing, head of sales and operations, parts and service, said as Stellantis chooses Vizion:
“Vizion has successfully managed the Vauxhall Accident Management Programme for many years, and I am pleased to see that they have been successful in this tender and look forward to working with them on the larger and enhanced programme that we manage today. The depth of their knowledge, systems, relationships and dedication to the customer are clearly evident – a perfect fit with our own values and goals.”
Chris McKie, co-founder and CEO of Vizion Network, added:
“To say we are extremely pleased to have been selected by Stellantis UK is an understatement. We are honoured by the trust that Chris Downing and the team have placed in Vizion to deliver this extremely important next generation initiative. The programme will be propelled by connected and digital collaborations and the desire to deliver true all-party value with great customer outcomes. We very much look forward to building on what is already is an amazing partnership with the Stellantis team and helping to take the programme from strength to strength for many years to come.”
