Steer Automotive Group announces MG Cannon acquisition

Steer Automotive Group has acquired South West bodyshop group MG Cannon.

Founded in 1970, MG Cannon provides comprehensive repair services including electric vehicle capabilities from six vehicle manufacturer-approved sites and a smart repair facility across the region.

The acquisition of sites in Plymouth, Salisbury, Gloucester, Dorchester, Swindon and Westbury expands Steer’s regional footprint and enhances its service offerings with advanced repair capabilities. Additionally, MG Cannon’s strategic locations support Steer’s mutual client partners, further strengthening its presence and service capacity along the west coast and into Cornwall.
