Silverlake secures trio of ISO recertifications
Following rigorous audits by the British Assessment Bureau, a process which takes place every three years, Silverlake Automotive Recycling has earned a trio of ISO recertifications for the ISO standards 9001, 27001 and 14001.
ISO recertifications
The company said in a statement that this trio of ISO recertifications signifies its commitment to professionalism across the business:
- ISO 9001 certification reflects the quality management system Silverlake deploys to ensure it delivers its products and services to a consistently high standard.
- ISO 27001 certification demonstrates the company’s focus on data confidentiality, integrity, and availability, providing valuable reassurance to customers, partners and stakeholders.
- ISO 14001certification provides further evidence of the strategic priority given to environmental issues relevant to Silverlake’s operations, such as waste management, resource use and efficiency.
Tom Harvey, organisation development manager at Silverlake (pictured), said of the ISO receertifications:
“We are proud to hold ourselves accountable to these ISO standards and to be able to demonstrate the professionalism within our business through these recertifications. We continue to grow our customer base by recognising that delivering service confidence to our customers is 100% non-negotiable.
“Achieving and maintaining a reputation for market leading service, with all that entails behind the scenes in terms of our people, process monitoring and engineering, training and investment, is what drives us,” he added.
