MICA to host EV Masterclass
The Motor Industry Communicators Association has announced its next EV Masterclass, which aims to cut through the disinformation and clarify many of the issues shaping the EV landscape.
Taking place at the Advanced Propulsion Centre on the University of Warwick campus on 2 October, the autumn EV Masterclass presenter line-up and sessions are intended to develop attendees’ broader understanding of the entire EV ecosystem beyond members’ roles and brands’ view.
Powertrains
Setting the tone, The Advanced Propulsion Centre’s Prof Dave Greenwood and Emission Analytics’ Nick Molden will consider the arguments for and against EVs compared to other powertrains, highlighting the communications challenge stemming from unpredictable markets and confused customers.
Polestar and AutoTrader will then provide vehicle manufacturer and consumer viewpoints on the EV transition.
The day will run from 9.30 to 3.30pm, with networking and tours available of the University of Warwick’s automotive innovation projects.
