Marshall Motor Group announces key appointments
Marshall Motor Group has announced two senior appointments to its leadership team.
Matt Southall has been appointed as strategy and technology director to lead digital transformation and strengthen the commercial focus, while David Johnson RICS has joined as property director to oversee one of the largest commercial footprints in the UK automotive retail space.
Southall joins from Lithia where he led strategy around synergy following the acquisitions of Pendragon and Jardine Motors, while Johnson joins from Listers Group having served on its board for 13 years.

Southall said: “I am delighted to take on this new challenge with Marshall Motor Group at a critical time to support this powerhouse business at a time of change across the automotive sector. Johnson added:
