LKQ launches new Collision Parts guides with EV focus

LKQ Collision Parts guides

LKQ has launched a new series of Collision Parts guides for bodyshops, with the first edition revealing its most popular requested parts for 21 of the UK’s popular hybrids and EVs.

Collision Parts: Hybrid and EV Range Edition outlines the common parts needed for a range of EV and hybrid vehicles, from the Citroën Berlingo to the Tesla Model 3, meaning bodyshops can quickly and accurately identify the products they need to complete repairs faster and with greater precision.

LKQ launches new Collision Parts guides

It follows on from the original Collision Parts guide released by the business at the end of 2023, which covers 28 popular ICE vehicles.

The guide also spotlights LKQ’s Platinum Approved Parts Programme: a premium range of body parts and lighting selected for the insurance repair market and offering a lifetime warranty along with comprehensive end-to-end aftersales support.

The programme boasts the UK’s largest selection of BS10125 compliant parts, carefully chosen to adhere to stringent quality standards, sourced from reliable suppliers, endorsed by network relationship partners, and reinforced by LKQ’s lifetime warranty commitment. LKQ constantly evaluates market demand to expand its range.

As well as the Platinum Approved Parts Programme, LKQ offers an extensive collection of OEM parts including radiators, condensers, intercoolers, exhausts and steering and suspension alongside a broad selection of quality aftermarket alternatives.

“Our Collision Parts guides are just one example of how we’re leveraging our brilliance and difference to help bodyshops of all sizes to unlock sustainable and profitable growth.”
