GSF Car Parts supports Ukraine war effort with car parts
GSF Car Parts has announced that its Heathrow branch is backing the Ukraine war effort by providing vehicle parts free of charge to Ukrainian-owned repair business A and B Motors.
A and B Motors, which is owned by Ukrainian native Bogdan, has been repairing and supplying vehicles for the Ukrainian front lines.
To date he has purchased, repaired and provided over 20 vehicles along with other essential items. Using containers to send the vehicles to the Polish border, one of Bogdan’s own mechanics is the contact in Ukraine to arrange transfer to the Ukrainian military.
Heathrow GSF Car Parts branch manager Nick Fogg said: “Bogdan is one of our best customers, he has been fixing and arranging vehicles to be sent out to the Ukrainian front lines. Last month they needed two clutches for some pickups they were preparing and put in a request through us as they normally would.”

He continued: “I spoke to our Region 14 manager and we were told they could be sent to them free of charge. We supplied a clutch kit, timing belt and water pump to get them up and running.
“Bogdan was extremely grateful and through commander of military unit A3892, Major Sergey Voh, a plaque was prepared for us to say thank you. We’ve been doing what we can for them since and are pleased to do so.”
