Tools and consumables supplier FÖRCH acquires Ziebe in UK
The FÖRCH Group has continued its above average growth with the acquisition of its UK-based affiliate, Ziebe.
The group from Neuenstadt in Germany has acquired 100% share capital of its export partner which supplies a multitude of automotive parts, consumables, tools and equipment.

As a result of the acquisition, FÖRCH products are now distributed by 23 companies across Europe.
Ziebe has been active in the UK market since 2002 and primarily serves automotive customers. The company has 15 employees and generates annual sales of circa £1.5 million.
Ziebe managing director Terry Slade, who will continue to operate in the role in unison with Andreas Pescht, FÖRCH Group managing director, said as FÖRCH acquires Ziebe:
