Ferrari welcomes 2024 apprentice graduates

Ferrari has celebrated five new apprenticeship graduations at a ceremony at Silverstone.

The apprentices were Cameron McKean (Service Advisor), from Jardine Colchester; Daniel Humphrey-Shepard (Light Vehicle Technician), from JCT600, Leeds; James Matthews (Light Vehicle Technician), from Dick Lovett Swindon; Alex Raven (Light Vehicle Technician) – from HR Owen, London; and Samuel Hill (Light Vehicle Technician), from Graypaul, Nottingham.

The Ferrari North Europe Apprentice programme is open to anyone who has achieved at least five GCSEs and is interested in working at an official Ferrari dealer in one of the following apprenticeship roles: light vehicle technician, service advisor, and parts advisor.

Each of these roles includes full-time employment at an official Ferrari dealership, with classroom, theory and practical training at the company’s technical training centre in Berkshire and on-the-job training and supervision from a Ferrari master technician.

Applicants for the September 2025 intake should register their interest now.
