Digital aftersales department to support dealerships

A new digital aftersales department has been launched by technology firm MAD Devs to support dealerships.

The new module, which is part of the company’s cloud-based iStoreDOCS document management system, will streamline and enhance document management for dealers’ service and repair processes.

The platform offers complete control over service-related documents and processes, providing dealerships with new tools to deliver an efficient and customer-centric experience. The core service process provides a precise, date and time-stamped record for warranty claims, simplifying and improving the claims process and saving dealers hours of paperwork.

Meanwhile, advanced encryption safeguards customer data, while digital records support high compliance standards across the entire service process

The aftersales platform also provides customers with a secure online portal to keep them informed on the progress of their service, using video messages and SMS notifications to enable immediate confirmation from customers to speed up repairs.
