ACG helping vehicle repairer to manage cash flow

Verrall’s Vehicle Accident Repair has revealed how partnering with ACG has helped it to manage cash flow.

Smart repairer Verrall’s was established nine years ago by Jack Verrall and has enjoyed strong growth since then. It has continued to invest in the latest tooling and equipment and is now working towards achieving PAS 2060 certification.

Balancing cash flow and investment has remained an issue, but says working with funding platform ACG has eased many of its concerns.

Manage cash flow

Verrall said: “We were recommended to ACG through a bodyshop connection in the local area. Learning more about their funding solutions for our bodyshop meant that for insurance jobs, we could get that money back into the business quickly. It’s completely removed that headache of chasing payment from insurers and accident management companies, meaning we can be smarter and more productive with our time.

“Plus, having access to Advanced Funding, enabling us to draw 40% down on repairs, is a great option. In the past we have been cynical about factoring, seeing it as an expensive financing option, we struggled to justify sacrificing that off the bottom line, but ACG’s fee structure makes it a no-brainer.

“Apart from the speed of payment, the fact that our jobs are picked up so quickly is fantastic, and if I’ve missed anything or there’s a query on the repair, the team is on it to rectify it and make sure we’re on track to receive payment.”

Dan Nicholson, business development manager, ACG, added:

“Working with the team at Verrall’s Vehicle Accident Repair has been superb. They’re an inspiring bunch and reading this case study makes me excited to see how we can continue and grow our partnership together.”
