Ingenia Recruitment marks 30th anniversary
North East recruitment agency Ingenia Recruitment is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
The company was established in 1983 by founder Stephen Shaw to provide an exclusive recruitment service to the automotive sector, after he identified a gap in the market after 16 years in the industry.
Ingenia Recruitment specialises in filling vacancies before they are advertised through its national network of experts and colleagues, and its reputation is underlined by the fact that it is still dealing with and placing candidates who have been the company for years.
With a workforce boasting more than 100 years’ experience, it is adept at understanding the needs of both the employer and the employee, and finding the right candidate for the right job.
The company said: “As confidentiality is paramount, the companies who seek our help rely on us to vet our database, streamlining our candidates in order to find the perfect fit for their workforce and, unlike other recruitment agencies, we prefer to make sure the candidate and the company are completely happy with each other, even offering guarantees to companies, rather than charging per CV submitted.”
