Stellantis and Day’s Motor Group are supporting the IMI WorldSkills UK competition finals, which take place this week at the Cardiff & Vale College.
The final is the culmination of tough qualifying events in are Automotive Technology, Body Repair, Refinishing and Heavy Vehicle Technology that have taken place in recent months.
Stellantis and Day’s Motor Group have supplied over 30 panels for the competitors to work on during the skills tasks for body repair and refinishing skills including wings, bonnets and bumpers.
Richard Hutchins, competition manager for the IMI, said “We are delighted to receive this support at what is such a challenging time for everybody. The generosity of Stellantis and Day’s Motor Group to pull together and provide these parts for the students is great for them all to see and they can know they are using the best quality panels for the tasks ahead of them.”

The finals take place at Cardiff & Vale College from 14-18 November.
