TrustFord creates 59 apprenticeship opportunities
TrustFord has opened applications for its 2022 Apprentice intake as part of the company’s commitment to introducing strong new talent into the automotive industry.
There are 59 opportunities across the TrustFord group, with a huge variety of roles on offer, including technician, parts advisor, sales administrator, bodyshop technician and accounts apprentice.
TrustFord’s Apprentice schemes provide colleagues with a trusted grounding in the automotive industry, learning as they work, alongside off-site training and building towards industry-recognised qualifications.
As part of its business commitment to growing and retaining the best industry talent, many apprentices are offered a full-time job at the end of their training.
Sharon Ashcroft, human resources director at TrustFord, said: “I’m really pleased that we’ll be able to offer so many people a route into the automotive industry this year. Apprenticeships are really important for TrustFord, enabling us to bring exciting new talent into the business. Many previous apprentices have gained permanent roles and stayed with us as they ‘move through the ranks’, underpinning our ambition to grow and retain the best people.
“We’ve already had a fantastic response from people who want to begin their journey in the automotive industry with TrustFord and I’d urge anyone interested in these roles to apply as soon as possible.”
