Citroën launches online platform for LCV range

Citroën UK has introduced a new online reservation platform for its Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) range.

The LCV reservation platform is part of Citroën’s omnichannel approach, designed to make the purchasing process as simple as possible. It enables customers to tailor the mileage, deposit, advance rental and length of term, while also adding details of a part exchange before progressing with their reservation.

The new platform will be rolled out across the Citroën Light Commercial Vehicle range in 2023, but can already be used to reserve the Berlingo Van and ë-Berlingo Van models.

As part of the service, customers who place an initial reservation online with a fully refundable £199 reservation fee will be contacted within one business hour to confirm all the details and add any part exchange appraisal.

Customers will then have the opportunity to pick their preferred business xentre to supply the vehicle, while a local cusiness manager will then contact the customer to finalise and complete the order. Customers who progress their online reservation through to a confirmed order will benefit from priority build and the option of home or office delivery.
