PPG completes integration process
PPG has announced that Brown Brothers Distribution will be renamed PPG Refinish Distribution.
This is part of the company’s ‘One Team’ integration, and concludes extensive work over the past 12 years to align Brown Brothers to PPG in all aspects of the business.
Mark Clarke, national sales manager, Refinish UK & Ireland, said: “The acquisition of our Brown Brothers Distribution business completed PPG’s full service portfolio and enabled us to offer end to end solutions for our customers. Since the acquisition of Brown Brothers we have been integrating it fully into the PPG family and the final piece of the puzzle is to rename it so that its seamless participation in our product and service proposition is complete.”
