New firm set up to unlock Potentuel

Former marketing director of Autotrader and global vehicle data business Solera cap hpi Matt Thompson has launched a new management consultancy to help dealers and OEMs attract and retain talent.

He has teamed up with Steve Tolton, founder of integrated marketing agency Fuel, which has a UK and global client base.

The pair will lead a team of researchers and communications experts to provide a strategic response to Covid and today’s business challenges by recognising that employees and customers have new expectations.
